Corporate Members: Partner-Institutes and Investors

Partner-Institutes of the NINET

Any research, design or engineering institute, or university can become a partner-institute of the NINET, as long as they are interested in work related to

  •    deploying SUSTINE systems;
  •    developing NEOP systems; or
  •    improving the current generation of nuclear energy systems so they can better meet the needs of the emerging users.

Partnerships are created by establishing ongoing cooperation agreements between partner-institutes and the NINET. A cooperation agreement can focus on work in certain technologies, disciplines or areas of expertise. It can also be structured to provide the NINET with pools of experts or resources as they are needed.  The NINET generally commissions its partner-institutes to work on projects and tasks on a contract basis.

As Corporate Members, partner-institutes can also benefit from networking with Neopanora Members to promote their technologies and products, and to access a global pool of talents and ideas.
Please contact Dr. Ray Sollychin to enquire about becoming a partner-institute of the NINET.

Investors in the NINET’s Projects and Activities

Any individual, business organization, institute, investment group, government agency or non-governmental organization can invest in a project incubated by or being spun off from the NINET. Investors benefit by having ongoing access to the latest technology assessments and the associated business opportunities.

Investors can join the NINET with their own concept of a NEOP system or other new nuclear energy system, or they can participate in the development of existing concepts.
All investors in a project or activity being incubated by the NINET may also invest in the business once the incubation phase is complete, and it has been spun off and commercialized. The number of shares each investor holds in the business are subject to negotiations among the contributing investors, starting from a baseline determined by the relative level of their investment in the incubated project.

Please contact Dr. Ray Sollychin for any enquiry about investing in the NINET’s projects and activities.
