Ten Reasons To Become A Member Are you thinking of becoming a Neopanora Member? Here are the top 10 reasons to join: 1.   I want to help make nuclear energy more affordable and user-friendly so it can, together with renewable energies, support sustainable global development in the 21st century.              Nuclear for sustainable global development is key to the Neopanora Philosophy. Read more at Neopanora Philosophy. 2.   I am about to retire (or have just retired). I would like to earn some extra money at my leisure, work on something fun and share my knowledge with others while traveling to interesting places       Welcome to the club! As much as possible, Neopanora projects will be completed by task teams of qualified interns supervised by recent retirees, on sites located in resort areas. More information will be posted on the Neopanora website soon. 3.   I am a freelancer. I want to work on my own time from home or from wherever I happen to be.       The Neopanora Institute-Network of Energy Technologies (NINET) is organized as a community of freelancers. We provide a members-only networking site—the Neopanora Lattice—and other information and communication tools to support freelancers like you. 4.   I am currently employed, and I want to do something meaningful with my spare time while keeping my day job.       Many of our Members are currently employed by other organizations. Every Member who contributes to Neopanora is rewarded with Neopoints. If you are not permitted to receive a cash payment, your Neopoints can be exchanged for shares in businesses incubated through the NINET. Read more at Networking and Carrers. 5.   I enjoy having stimulating discussions with people on topics of common interest.       The Neopanora Lattice includes an online discussion board called the Neopanora ThinkTank Forum. As a Member, you can participate in ongoing discussions initiated by other Members, or initiate a new topic of your own. 6.   There are many social networking websites. I want to join one where I can meet people who share my interests and have a similar life philosophy.       Energy. Sustainable development. Climate change. Innovation. Helping developing countries. Life after retirement. Global networking. Do any of these strike a chord with you? If so, you are likely in the right crowd. Register with the Neopanora Lattice. 7.   I am looking for partners and investors to help turn my innovative ideas into real products.       Use the New Idea Board, the Neopanora ThinkTank Forum and our other information and communication systems to exchange ideas and form your own group through the Neopanora Lattice. Promising concepts can be organized as Neopanora projects with funding and other support, such as Neopoints. 8.   I would like to do something to help minimize inequality in the world and improve the lives of people in developing countries.       Welcome! We need Members with expertise in areas such as renewable energy technologies, small/research reactors, agriculture, desalination, health care, education and communication to participate in our Neopanora Sustainable Growth Program for developing countries. 9.   I love what I am doing as a profession, but as an employee I never make enough money to do the things I want to do. I am looking for an alternative work arrangement that will let me reach financial freedom sooner.       Neopanora Members are compensated for their work on the NINET’s projects and activities through the Neopoints system. We help each other and ensure the best of every member is fully utilized. Anyone with innovative ideas or effective entrepreneurship skills can even take a leading role in our projects. 10.  I am looking for a way to improve the utilization of the people and facilities in my organization, and to give our junior staff opportunities for on-the-job training.       If your facilities and technical expertise are related to renewable and nuclear energy technologies and the associated R&D, we will be happy to discuss the possibility of making a partner-institute and internship arrangement. For more information, visit Partner-institutes and Investors. Are any of these reasons relevant to you? Or perhaps you have another good reason for joining Neopanora?
