Neopanora Investment Canada Inc.

Neopanora Investment Canada Inc. (NICI) is a business development and investment company registered in Canada. It has been established to supplement the Neopanora Institute-Network of Energy Technology (NINET). Its objective is to facilitate and manage strategic investments in areas relevant to the new energy technologies to be developed through the NINET and the commercialization of these technologies.

NICI is a vehicle for forming joint ventures and consortia with business partners based on technologies incubated, developed or identified by the NINET. During the incubation stage, interested partners will fund energy technology development projects conducted under the coordination of the NINET. The relative amount of funds contributed to a technology will determine how the shares (the degree of right to invest) are distributed among the business partners when the particular technology is commercialized. NICI acts as the internal or primary investor in the technologies to be incubated under the NINET.
